Job Summary: As a Corporate Recruiter for S&S Tire, you are in charge of finding top talent for all roles across the organization. We are looking for a high-energy, top-producing recruiter, with excellent communication skills. You'll own the entire search process while directly managing the needs of our location managers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Establish and cultivate relationships with candidates, location managers, employees, and department directors to fill positions with the best talent
- Communicate with location managers to understand their current and upcoming hiring needs
- Generate candidate flow through a variety of sourcing methods
- Conduct initial phone screens and manage the entire interview process from sourcing to offer.
- Initiate background checks timely – Criminal background, MVRs, Review and audit invoices for each of these.
- Seek and document proper approval for MVR/ Background
- Properly adjudicate hiring decisions based on MVR / Background results in line with company policy and legal requirements.
- Manage/track current job openings within the Paylocity recruiting platform and internally on Paylocity’s community board.
- Coordinate drug testing and DOT physicals with potential candidates
- Ensure positive candidate experience through customer service, and timely communication; Respond effectively to candidate’s questions and provide important information during delivery of employment offers (benefits, compensation, start date…)
- Ability to occasionally travel to in-state/out-of-state S&S Tire locations
- Interview for manager positions and non-warehouse
- Manage/enter job reqs into Paylocity
- Send out and manage electronic onboarding.
- Conduct stay interviews with successfully onboarded employees – Three weeks and again at three months.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
- Comfortable working on a metrics-driven team - meet daily/weekly call quota
- Proven success in high-volume sourcing execution and candidate evaluation
- Strong customer focus with the ability to establish relationships quickly and effectively with location and department managers
- Willingness and ability to deal with, and adapt to change within a dynamic department and company
- Strong multi-tasking ability to effectively manage simultaneous candidate pipelines for different requirements and business areas
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives, hiring managers, supervisors, candidates, community partners, and employees

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of successful full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced corporate or staffing agency environment
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
